Golden Goose is seeking a Sales Assistant (Style Maker) in Monaco to create personalized looks, share the brand’s heritage and values, and build lasting client relationships. The role supports sales, clienteling, store presentation and operations, using digital tools to enhance engagement. This is a full-time position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Introduce clients to Golden Goose's heritage and brand values.
- Create personalized total looks that reflect clients' personalities and aspirations.
- Support store business objectives, customer satisfaction and overall store success by helping customers express their style.
- Provide product information, recommend additional items, and use upselling and cross-selling strategies.
- Build positive client relationships through omnichannel practices, digital tools and personalized updates, recommendations and offers.
- Maintain store presentation, visual displays and brand standards.
- Support store operations, including opening and closing, inventory management, GDPR compliance, and health and safety standards.
- Use Golden App, Sales Force, Xstore and Stealth to support business processes and client engagement.
Qualifications
- Fluency in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail.
- Self-motivation, a positive attitude and professional selling techniques.
- Customer focus, strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to monitor and understand relevant industry trends and the local online and offline market.
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving business and customer needs.
- Strong team-player ability.
