Role & Responsibilities
- Assist customers in expressing their personality through curated, personalized looks aligned with store and brand objectives
- Engage in consultative selling by providing comprehensive product insights, recommending complementary items, and executing upselling and cross-selling strategies
- Cultivate lasting customer relationships through omnichannel practices, leveraging digital tools and personalized communication to deliver tailored recommendations and offers
- Maintain visual displays and store presentation in accordance with brand image and merchandising standards
- Execute store operational procedures including opening and closing routines, inventory management, and adherence to GDPR and health and safety protocols
- Utilize proprietary digital and IT platforms effectively, including Golden App, SalesForce, Xstore, and Stealth, to enhance business processes and customer engagement
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–3 years of demonstrable experience in luxury retail
- Fluency in Italian and English; additional language proficiency considered an asset
- Professional selling techniques combined with a self-motivated and positive attitude
- Strong customer focus with excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to identify and interpret industry trends and understand local market dynamics across online and offline channels
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs and customer expectations
