Golden Goose seeks a Sales Assistant (Style Maker) in Madrid to create personalized looks, deliver exceptional service and build lasting client relationships. The role supports sales, store presentation and operations, and requires 1–3 years of relevant luxury retail experience and fluency in Spanish and English. Full-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Introduce clients to Golden Goose’s world, explaining the brand’s heritage and values.
- Create personalized Golden total looks that reflect each client’s personality and aspirations.
- Help customers express their personality through their ideal looks, supporting store business objectives, customer satisfaction and overall store performance.
- Provide comprehensive product information, recommend additional items, and use up-selling and cross-selling techniques.
- Build positive client relationships, make clients feel part of the Golden Family, and use omnichannel practices, digital tools and communications to provide updates, recommendations and personalized offers.
- Maintain the store’s presentation, visual displays and standards in line with the brand’s image.
- Support store operations, including opening and closing, inventory management, and compliance with GDPR and health and safety standards.
- Use IT and digital tools to support business processes and client engagement: Golden App, Sales Force, Xstore and Stealth.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Self-motivation, a positive attitude and professional selling techniques.
- Customer focus, strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to monitor, identify and understand relevant industry trends, with a good understanding of the local market online and offline.
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving business and customer needs.
- Strong team-player skills.
