Role & Responsibilities
- Introduce clients to the Golden Goose brand world, communicating heritage and brand values with authenticity and passion
- Assist customers in expressing their personality through curated, personalized looks whilst playing a pivotal role in achieving store business objectives and customer satisfaction
- Engage actively in the sales process by providing comprehensive product insights and implementing strategic upselling and cross-selling initiatives
- Cultivate and sustain positive customer relationships through omnichannel practices, leveraging digital tools, apps and communication methods to deliver personalized recommendations and exclusive offers
- Contribute to store presentation and visual merchandising standards, ensuring products are displayed in alignment with brand image and guidelines
- Assist with store operational procedures including opening and closing routines, inventory management, and adherence to GDPR and health and safety compliance
- Utilize IT and digital tools effectively, including the Golden App, Salesforce, Xstore and Stealth platforms, to enhance business processes and customer engagement
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail
- Fluency in English
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and professional selling techniques
- Strong customer focus with excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to identify and understand relevant industry trends and demonstrate knowledge of local markets (online and offline)
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving business and customer needs
- Strong team collaboration and cooperation skills

Experience
