- Maintain store presentation standards by ensuring visual displays and product placements align with brand image and aesthetic guidelines
- Execute store operational procedures, including opening and closing routines, inventory management, GDPR compliance, and health and safety protocols
- Leverage digital platforms and IT tools—including Golden App, Salesforce, Xstore, and Stealth—to enhance business processes and customer engagement
Qualifications
- Fluency in Portuguese and English; additional language proficiency is valued
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail
- Strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills with excellent customer focus
