The Sales Assistant (Style Maker) introduces clients to Golden Goose’s heritage and values and creates personalized total looks that reflect their personalities. The role supports sales, client relationships, store presentation, and daily operations, using Golden App, Sales Force, Xstore, and Stealth. Full-time role at Emaar.
Role & Responsibilities
- Introduce clients to the Golden Goose world, explaining the brand’s heritage and values.
- Create personalized total looks that reflect clients’ dreams and personalities.
- Help customers express their personality through their ideal looks while contributing to store business objectives, customer satisfaction, and overall success.
- Provide comprehensive product insights, recommend additional items, and apply up-selling and cross-selling strategies.
- Build positive customer relationships, engage clients as part of the Golden Goose family, and use omnichannel practices and digital communications to provide updates, recommendations, and personalized offers.
- Contribute to store presentation by maintaining visual displays and store standards, and ensuring products reflect the brand’s image.
- Assist with store operations, including opening and closing, inventory management, and compliance with GDPR and health and safety standards.
- Use Golden App, Sales Force, Xstore, and Stealth to support business processes and customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Turkish and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail.
- Self-motivation, a positive attitude, and professional selling techniques.
- Customer focus, strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to monitor, identify, and understand relevant industry trends, with a good understanding of the local online and offline market.
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving business and customer needs.
- Strong team-player ability.
