Golden Goose seeks a Sales Assistant (Style Maker) at its Zorlu location to introduce clients to the brand’s heritage and values, create personalized total looks, and build lasting client relationships. The role supports sales, omnichannel engagement, store presentation, inventory, and daily operations. Full-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Help customers express their personality through ideal looks while contributing to store business objectives, customer satisfaction, and overall success.
- Provide comprehensive product insights, recommend additional items, and use up-selling and cross-selling strategies.
- Build positive customer relationships, make clients feel part of the Golden Family, and use omnichannel practices and digital communication tools to provide updates, recommendations, and personalized offers.
- Contribute to store presentation by maintaining visual displays and store standards, ensuring products reflect the brand image.
- Support store operations, including opening and closing, inventory management, and compliance with GDPR and health and safety standards.
- Use digital and IT tools to support business processes and customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Turkish and English; additional languages are an advantage.
- At least 1–3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail.
- Self-motivation, a positive attitude, and professional selling techniques.
- Customer focus, strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to monitor and understand relevant industry trends, with a good understanding of the local online and offline market.
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving business and customer needs.
- Strong team-player capabilities.
