Golden Goose seeks a Sales Assistant (Style Maker) to introduce clients to the brand’s heritage and values and create personalized looks that reflect their personality. The role supports sales, client relationships, store presentation and operations, using omnichannel practices and digital tools. Full-time position in Dubai.
Role & Responsibilities
- Help customers express their personality through ideal looks while contributing to store business objectives, customer satisfaction and overall store success.
- Support the sales process with comprehensive product knowledge, additional-item recommendations, and up-selling and cross-selling strategies.
- Build positive customer relationships, make clients feel part of the Golden Family, and use omnichannel practices, digital tools and communications to provide updates, recommendations and personalized offers.
- Contribute to store presentation by maintaining visual displays and store standards, and ensuring products reflect the brand’s image and standards.
- Assist with store operations, including opening and closing, inventory management, and compliance with GDPR and health and safety standards.
- Use IT and digital tools to enhance business processes and customer engagement, including Golden App, Sales Force, Xstore and Stealth.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail.
- Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and professional selling techniques.
- Customer-focused, with strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to monitor, identify and understand relevant industry trends, with a good understanding of the local market, online and offline.
- Flexible and able to adapt to evolving business and customer needs.
- Strong team player.
