Golden Goose seeks a passionate Sales Assistant to introduce clients to the heritage and values of the brand while crafting personalized, complete looks that reflect individual style and personality. The role encompasses comprehensive product knowledge, strategic up-selling and cross-selling, omnichannel customer relationship cultivation, visual merchandising maintenance, and proficiency with digital tools including the Golden App, SalesForce, Xstore, and Stealth.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist customers in expressing their personality through curated, personalized looks while driving store business objectives and customer satisfaction
- Engage actively in the sales process by providing comprehensive product insights, recommending complementary items, and implementing up-selling and cross-selling strategies
- Cultivate and sustain positive customer relationships by making clients feel part of the Golden Family through omnichannel practices, digital tools, and personalized communication
- Actively contribute to overall store presentation by maintaining visual displays and product arrangement consistent with brand standards and image
- Assist with store operational procedures, including opening and closing routines, inventory management, and compliance with GDPR and health and safety standards
- Utilize IT and digital tools effectively to enhance business processes and customer engagement across the Golden platform
Qualifications
- Fluency in Romanian and English; additional language knowledge is valued
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and professional selling techniques
- Strong customer focus with excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to identify and understand relevant industry trends and possess good understanding of the local market (online and offline)
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving business and customer needs
- Strong team player mentality
