The Sales Assistant (Style Maker) introduces clients to the Golden Goose world, sharing the brand’s heritage and values while creating personalised looks and lasting client relationships. The role supports sales, omnichannel engagement, visual standards and store operations, using Golden App, Sales Force, Xstore and Stealth. This is a full-time, fijo-discontinuo position in Barcelona, with an annual salary range of €25,000–€27,000 RAL.
Role & Responsibilities
- Help customers express their personality through their ideal looks while contributing to store business objectives, customer satisfaction and overall success.
- Provide comprehensive product information, recommend additional items, and use upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Build positive customer relationships by making clients feel part of the Golden Family; use omnichannel practices, digital tools and communication to provide updates, recommendations and personalised offers.
- Contribute to store presentation by maintaining visual displays and store standards and ensuring products reflect the brand image.
- Support store operations, including opening and closing, inventory management, and compliance with GDPR and health and safety standards.
- Use digital and IT tools to support business processes and customer engagement: Golden App, Sales Force, Xstore and Stealth.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish and English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Self-motivation, a positive attitude and professional selling techniques.
- Customer focus, strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to monitor and understand relevant industry trends and the local market, both online and offline.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business and customer needs.
- Strong team-player skills.
