Role & Responsibilities
- Introduce clients to Golden Goose's heritage, values, and brand narrative while assisting them in expressing their personality through curated styling solutions
- Engage in active sales processes by providing comprehensive product insights, recommending complementary items, and executing upselling and cross-selling strategies
- Cultivate and sustain positive customer relationships through personalized omnichannel communication, leveraging digital tools to deliver updates, recommendations, and bespoke offers
- Maintain visual display standards and overall store presentation in alignment with brand image and merchandising guidelines
- Perform store operational procedures including opening and closing routines, inventory management, and compliance with GDPR and health and safety regulations
- Utilize IT and digital platforms effectively (Golden App, Salesforce, Xstore, Stealth) to enhance business processes and customer engagement
Qualifications
- Fluency in English with multilingual capabilities preferred
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail environments
- Strong customer-centric approach with excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to monitor and understand industry trends and local market dynamics
