Role & Responsibilities
- Execute direct sales and customer interactions on the sales floor, assisting clients with product inquiries and contributing to store commercial targets
- Provide real-time support to Sales Associates and Dream Makers by rapidly retrieving requested sizes, product categories, and customization materials from the stockroom during client fittings
- Welcome clients warmly, communicate Golden Goose product heritage, and ensure customer registration on the Golden App for CRM profiling
- Monitor and maintain optimal sales floor display levels, executing swift replenishment from stockroom inventory to preserve visual presentation and product availability
- Assist with incoming shipments, unpacking, sensor tagging, stock arrangement, cycle counts, and inter-store transfers under direction of the Stock Keeper and Store Operations Manager
- Support pre- and after-sales operations including packing purchases, preparing e-commerce and omnichannel orders, and processing customer returns
- Transport, set up, and manage materials, tools, and stock for in-store workshops and creative activations
- Provide operational and logistical support during external partner events and local PR activations without direct facilitation responsibilities
- Maintain clean, safe, and highly organized stockroom pathways and floor service areas in compliance with company health and safety standards, GDPR guidelines, and loss prevention procedures
Qualifications
- Fluency in Italian and English; additional language capability considered an asset
- Excellent communication skills—clear, quick, and thoughtful interaction with front-of-house and back-of-house teams
- High physical energy and agility with capability to execute fast-paced operations under busy floor conditions
- Strong collaborative spirit and active team-player mentality
- High adaptability and flexibility to transition seamlessly between direct selling support, stock replenishment, and event logistics
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to quickly locate products and resolve stock inquiries
Skills
Experience
Experience in retail operations, stock management, or fast-paced customer-facing roles is strongly preferred. Prior exposure to luxury retail or direct sales environments is an asset.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; no formal certification required.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 26,000 to EUR 27,000 per annum.
