Golden Goose seeks a part-time Retail Runner in Milan to bridge stockroom and sales floor operations, support direct sales, and ensure optimal customer experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Actively engage in direct selling and customer interaction on the sales floor, assisting clients with product inquiries and contributing to store sales goals and KPIs
- Rapidly retrieve requested sizes, product categories, and customization materials from stockroom during client fittings to support Sales Associates
- Offer warm welcomes to clients, share Golden Goose product heritage, and register customers on the Golden App for CRM profiling
- Monitor and execute swift floor replenishment from stockroom to maintain visual merchandising standards and product availability
- Assist with incoming shipments, unpacking, sensor tagging, stock arrangement, and cycle counts under guidance of Stock Keeper and Store Operations Manager
- Support pre- and after-sales operations, including packing customer purchases, preparing omnichannel orders, and processing returns
- Assist with transporting, setting up, and clearing materials, tools, and stock for in-store workshops and creative activations
- Provide operational and stockroom support during external partner events and local PR activations
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized stockroom pathways and floor service areas in compliance with health and safety standards and loss prevention procedures
Qualifications
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Excellent communication skills with both front-of-house and back-of-house teams
- High energy and physical agility for fast-paced retail environment
- Collaborative team player mentality with ability to support Sales Associates and operations staff
- Strong adaptability to shift between direct selling support, stock replenishment, and event logistics
- Quick problem-solver with ability to locate products and resolve inventory queries efficiently

Experience
Entry-level retail or operational experience preferred; demonstrated ability to work efficiently in fast-paced team environments is essential.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or operations certifications valued.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 13,000 to EUR 13,500 per annum.
