Golden Goose seeks a Production Management and Planning Expert to join the Ready-to-Wear, Classic Shoes, and Accessories Production Team in Marghera (Venice). The role demands solid expertise in manufacturing and industrialization within a luxury or high-end fashion environment, combined with a sophisticated understanding of artisanal craftsmanship, product quality, and operational excellence. Acting as a critical operational bridge between business, technical, supply chain, and quality teams, the successful candidate will translate commercial requirements into efficient production plans while maintaining the highest standards of quality and timely delivery.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete manufacturing and industrialization process post-product engineering, ensuring production schedules align with business demands and commercial timelines
- Act as the primary operational liaison between business and sales teams, translating commercial requirements into structured production plans and scheduling
- Coordinate continuously with the Supply Chain department to optimize material flow, logistics coordination, and delivery timelines across all production categories
- Partner closely with Quality Control to enforce rigorous luxury standards, investigate manufacturing defects, and resolve compliance issues promptly
- Monitor and manage industrial key performance indicators (KPIs), oversee external laboratories and artisan workshops, and utilize digital tracking systems to maintain operational transparency and traceability
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on production management experience within luxury or high-end fashion manufacturing
- Strong command of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, production planning tools, and advanced data analysis platforms
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to problem-solve under pressure and navigate complex operational challenges with resilience and agility

Minimum 3 years of direct, hands-on production management experience within a luxury or high-end fashion environment, with demonstrated expertise in manufacturing operations and industrialization (not product design or development).
