Golden Goose is seeking an HR Controller for its HR Planning & Control team in Marghera. The role covers people cost control and monthly closings, HR budgeting and forecasting, and workforce analytics; it is full-time under the CCNL Abbigliamento, Confezioni – Industria/SMI, Level 5, with gross annual compensation of €30,000–€35,000.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze HR expenses and workforce trends, including FTE and headcount evolution.
- Prepare, submit, and reconcile People Cost packages accurately and on time during monthly closings, working with HR and Finance to address variances.
- Support end-to-end annual HR budgeting and periodic forecasting for HR and people-related costs, aligning them with strategic business objectives and operational workforce planning.
- Conduct in-depth ad hoc analyses and develop data-driven financial models and business cases to evaluate HR initiatives and organizational changes.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Financial Controllers, and key business stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment across the company.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in HR Controlling, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), or Corporate Controlling.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Industrial Engineering.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced formulas, financial modeling, and pivot tables.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
