Golden Goose seeks an HR Business Partner Intern in Milan to support EMEA retail HR operations and Oracle HCM data management. Full-time internship.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own full employee lifecycle data entry within Oracle HCM, including onboarding, transfers, salary reviews, promotions, and offboarding, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Perform regular audits on Oracle HCM databases to maintain data quality, troubleshoot inconsistencies, and ensure compliance with internal HR guidelines
- Coordinate and collect HR documentation such as contracts, amendments, and hiring documents to support system updates and HRBP team operations
- Extract data from Oracle HCM to consolidate monthly HR reports, dashboards, and key retail metrics including turnover and headcount analysis
- Provide operational support to the recruiting team, including posting job descriptions on internal and external platforms
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Economics, Management, Law, or related field
- Fluency in Italian and English (additional languages considered a plus)
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical and digital mindset with demonstrated ability to work with data
- Problem-solving capabilities with ability to break down complex tasks into manageable steps
- Highly organized, precise, and methodical approach to task and deadline management
- Team player with strong cross-departmental collaboration skills
- Commitment to confidentiality in handling sensitive HR information
