Golden Goose seeks a Floor Manager in Venice to lead retail sales operations and customer experience at its EMEA flagship location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with store management to achieve sales objectives by implementing strategies and monitoring key performance indicators
- Guide the sales team to meet commercial targets while maintaining customer satisfaction and qualitative standards
- Actively participate in the sales process by providing detailed product information and executing up-selling and cross-selling strategies
- Enhance customer satisfaction by building personalized experiences, gathering customer feedback, and managing customer database segmentation through the Golden App
- Serve as a brand ambassador by conveying the brand's vision, heritage, and values to colleagues and customers
- Maintain visual store presentation and product displays in alignment with brand image and standards
- Train and support staff on all Golden Goose collections, categories, and digital tools including Golden App, Salesforce, Xstore, and Stealth
- Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, security, returns, cash handling, and compliance with GDPR and health and safety standards
- Coordinate clienteling activities in partnership with the CRM department to optimize omnichannel sales
Qualifications
- Fluency in Italian and English, with additional languages considered a plus
- Previous retail sales experience in a similar supervisory or floor leadership role
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability and sound decision-making capability
- Team collaboration mentality with commitment to shared objectives
