Floor Manager – Abu Dhabi | Golden Goose Retail | Full-time Role
Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with management to achieve sales objectives by implementing sales strategies and monitoring key performance indicators
- Guide the team in attaining commercial targets whilst ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining qualitative standards
- Actively engage in the sales process by providing detailed product information, suggesting complementary items, and executing up-selling and cross-selling strategies
- Enhance customer satisfaction and build strong relationships through consistent follow-up, attentive listening to feedback, and creation of personalized experiences
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the Golden Goose vision and heritage whilst representing brand values to both colleagues and clientele
- Ensure effective customer database development and segmentation through the Golden App, optimizing customer profiling for targeted engagement
- Drive omnichannel sales initiatives in a fast-paced environment by utilizing all available tools and technology platforms
- Oversee proactive clienteling activities in coordination with the CRM department
- Contribute to store presentation and visual display standards, ensuring products are showcased in alignment with brand image to enhance sales
- Provide comprehensive training on all Golden Goose collections and categories, supporting and inspiring new staff throughout the onboarding process
- Assist management in overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, security measures, returns processing, cash handling, and compliance with GDPR and health and safety regulations
- Adopt IT and digital commercial tools and systems (Golden App, Salesforce, Xstore, Stealth), ensuring staff proficiency and awareness
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the retail sector in a similar managerial or supervisory role
- Fluency in English; additional language proficiency preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and engage thoughtfully with diverse audiences
- Demonstrated problem-solving capability with capacity to identify issues, evaluate solutions, and make informed decisions
- Team player mentality with commitment to collaboration and achievement of common goals
- Excellent time management skills with proven ability to prioritize tasks efficiently

Experience
Previous experience in the retail sector, preferably in a floor management, sales supervisory, or equivalent customer-facing leadership role within a luxury or premium retail environment.
Education
Secondary education required; advanced qualifications in retail management, business administration, or related fields are advantageous but not mandatory.
