Golden Goose seeks a Finance & Accounting Coordinator for its Americas operations, based at the corporate headquarters in Marghera, Veneto. The successful candidate will ensure financial statement accuracy and timely execution of monthly and annual closing activities across LATAM, Canada, and the US while maintaining compliance with local tax requirements. The role bridges local entities, regional leadership, and the Italian HQ to coordinate financial governance and operational alignment across the Americas region.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead monthly and annual closing processes for LATAM and Canada entities, ensuring strict alignment with local GAAP and Group accounting standards
- Oversee journal entries, bank reconciliations, and balance sheet management to maintain financial integrity across all local entities
- Manage external bookkeeping outsourcers and tax advisors, monitoring deadlines, accuracy, and deliverable quality
- Serve as the primary regional point of contact for tax matters (VAT/Sales Tax, Corporate Tax) and manage local and Group annual statutory audits
- Provide administrative and accounting support for extraordinary projects, including onboarding and launching new legal entities or retail stores across LATAM and Canada
- Perform regular reconciliations between reported store sales (US Retail Stores & E-Commerce) and actual cash/tender clearances
- Drive continuous process improvement and automation in collaboration with HQ and Global Transformation teams
- Act as the primary point of contact for regional finance matters, coordinating local and remote cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of general accounting principles, month-end close procedures, and tax/administrative logic
- Hands-on operational knowledge of SAP
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, data reconciliations)
- Fluent English (written and spoken) for daily communication with international stakeholders
- Strong analytical, synthesis, and problem-solving skills
- Proactive and flexible attitude with proven ability to manage tight deadlines under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with cultural adaptability across global teams

Experience
Several years of hands-on accounting and finance operations experience, preferably within multinational environments. Demonstrated experience managing external consultants and tax advisors. Prior background in structured multinational environments preferred, particularly within Retail, Fashion, or Consumer Goods sectors.
