The Sneaker Maker delivers bespoke co-creation services, transforming Golden Goose items into distinctive, client-centered pieces through personalized design consultation and artistic execution. This role merges artistic craftsmanship with client advisory, fostering meaningful brand connections whilst driving sales through strategic engagement and digital customer profiling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Co-create personalized Golden Goose products with clients using drawing, illustration, and artistic techniques including marker, watercolor, acrylic painting, embroidery and basic sewing
- Guide clients through an immersive co-creation experience whilst upholding brand values, storytelling, and premium service standards
- Execute proactive sales strategies, including cross-selling and upselling initiatives, to meet business performance targets
- Register and maintain customer profiles on the Golden App for effective segmentation and loyalty engagement
- Manage pre-sale and post-sale support activities, encompassing inventory oversight and customer relationship management
- Maintain co-creation workspace in adherence to visual merchandising and operational standards
- Perform store operational duties including opening, closing, inventory management, and regulatory compliance with GDPR and health and safety protocols
- Leverage digital platforms and IT systems (Golden App, Salesforce, Xstore, Stealth) to enhance business processes and client engagement
Qualifications
- Fluent English; Dutch language proficiency is advantageous
- Demonstrated artistic and hand-drawing capabilities (marker, watercolor, acrylic, embroidery, basic sewing)
- Strong empathy, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and time management abilities
- High school diploma minimum; background in design or fine arts preferred
- Flexibility and adaptability to evolving business and customer needs
- Team-oriented mindset and collaborative work ethic
