Role & Responsibilities
- Co-create personalized Golden Goose products with clients using drawing, illustration, marker, watercolor, and acrylic painting techniques
- Guide clients through an immersive co-creation experience while maintaining brand values and storytelling integrity
- Drive sales performance through strategic cross-selling, upselling, and comprehensive pre-sale and post-sale customer engagement
- Register and profile customers on the Golden App to enable effective customer segmentation and loyalty management
- Maintain co-creation workspace to Golden Goose visual merchandising standards and operational specifications
- Execute store operational procedures including opening, closing, inventory management, and GDPR compliance
- Utilize IT and digital tools including Golden App, Salesforce, Xstore, and Stealth to enhance business processes and customer engagement
Qualifications
- Fluency in English (additional languages considered advantageous)
- Demonstrated artistic skill and hand-drawing proficiency (marker, watercolor, acrylic painting)
- Basic sewing and light embroidery capabilities
- High school diploma or equivalent (design field background preferred)
- Problem-solving and time management competency
- Strong empathy, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven flexibility and adaptability to evolving business needs
Skills
Experience
