Golden Goose seeks a Sneaker Maker in Milan to co-create customized sneakers through artistic craftsmanship and personalized client experiences. Part-time role (20h/week).
Role & Responsibilities
- Co-create personalized Golden Goose products with clients using drawing, illustration, marker, watercolor, acrylic painting, embroidery, and basic sewing techniques
- Guide clients through a differentiated co-creation experience whilst maintaining brand values and heritage storytelling
- Execute proactive sales strategies including cross-selling and up-selling to meet business objectives; manage pre-sale and post-sale activities including inventory and loyalty efforts
- Register customers on the Golden App for proper segmentation, profiling, and CRM integration
- Maintain the co-creation workspace to visual merchandising standards and operational excellence
- Perform store operational procedures including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and compliance with GDPR and health & safety regulations
- Utilize digital tools including Golden App, Salesforce, Xstore, and Stealth to enhance business processes and customer engagement
Qualifications
- Artistic skills and proven hand-drawing ability in marker, watercolor, and acrylic painting
- Basic embroidery and sewing skills
- Fluency in Italian and English (additional languages considered a plus)
- Problem-solving and time management capabilities
- Strong empathy, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented mindset with flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs
- Minimum high school degree; design field background preferred

Previous experience in retail or customer service sectors is preferred but not mandatory.
Education
High school diploma at minimum; background in design or fine arts is advantageous.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 13,000 to EUR 16,500 per annum.
