Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor corner sales performance through KPI analysis and implement corrective action plans in collaboration with the Area Manager to achieve commercial targets
- Lead and motivate the store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while maintaining brand qualitative standards
- Guide staff in executing effective selling ceremonies, including upselling and cross-selling techniques, and communicate service offerings and pricing
- Develop and nurture customer relationships through personalized engagement, feedback integration, and active database management via the Golden App
- Act as brand ambassador, embodying and communicating brand heritage, vision, and values to both team members and customers
- Maintain visual display standards and overall store presentation to align with brand image and optimize sales performance
- Recruit, onboard, develop, and inspire team members while conducting regular performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback
- Plan and conduct daily and weekly briefings to set objectives, motivate staff, and demonstrate achievement pathways
- Manage relationships with department store, shopping center stakeholders, and competitor representatives to identify business opportunities
- Monitor industry trends and propose strategic initiatives to the Area Manager to enhance sales and market competitiveness
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, governance requirements, GDPR, and health and safety regulations
- Adopt and train staff on digital and IT commercial tools including Golden App, Salesforce, Xstore, and Stealth systems
- Drive omnichannel sales initiatives utilizing available technology in a fast-paced retail environment
Qualifications
- Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages considered a plus
- Previous retail sales experience, preferably in a similar supervisory or coordinator role
