Golden Goose Corner Coordinator

Role & Responsibilities

• Achieve commercial targets by monitoring sales performance through KPI analysis and implementing action plans with the Area Manager
• Guide the team to achieve commercial targets while maintaining customer satisfaction and qualitative standards
• Implement selling ceremonies including up-selling and cross-selling strategies across the team
• Enhance customer satisfaction through consistent follow-up, listening to feedback, and personalizing customer experiences
• Build relationships with the community and serve as a brand ambassador engaging directly with customers
• Drive database development by ensuring customer registration on the Golden App for effective customer segmentation
• Develop omni-channel sales strategies utilizing available tools and technology
• Manage relationships with department store and shopping center stakeholders, identifying business opportunities such as relocation or store refit
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with representatives of other brands and competitors
• Monitor industry trends and suggest opportunities and initiatives to the Area Manager for sales improvement
• Convey the brand's vision, heritage, values, and iconic product knowledge to colleagues and clients
• Oversee overall store presentation, visual displays, and product showcasing in alignment with brand image and standards
• Maintain current training knowledge across all Golden Goose collections and categories
• Attract, manage, develop, inspire, and empower team members with empathy and by leading by example
• Ensure in-store follow-up after brand, product, operations, and soft skills training
• Plan and conduct daily and weekly in-store briefings to motivate the team and set clear objectives
• Support and inspire new staff throughout the onboarding process
• Ensure staff grooming, professionalism, and product and brand knowledge standards
• Oversee staffing for open positions in close collaboration with the Area Manager and HR
• Manage employee performance development and provide consistent feedback with corrective measures as needed
• Supervise and coordinate all store activities focusing on SOP, customer service, team management, and sales planning
• Ensure compliance with corporate rules, regulations, GDPR, and Health & Safety protocols
• Adopt and train staff on IT and digital commercial tools including Golden App, Salesforce, Xstore, and Stealth systems

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience, preferably in a similar leadership role
• Strong communication skills with active listening and thoughtful engagement
• Problem-solving ability with capacity to evaluate solutions and make informed decisions
• Team player mentality with emphasis on collaboration and common goals
• Effective time management and task prioritization
• Fluency in Dutch and English
• Product and brand knowledge across collections and categories
• Experience with retail management systems and digital commercial tools

Experience

Previous experience in the retail sector, preferably in a similar leadership or management role within a luxury retail environment or department store setting.

Education

No specific educational qualification explicitly required; however, retail management experience and product knowledge training across Golden Goose collections are essential.
