Role & Responsibilities
- Assist customers in expressing their personality through curated, personalized looks aligned with their aspirations and the Golden Goose aesthetic
- Engage actively in the sales process by providing comprehensive product insights and implementing strategic up-selling and cross-selling techniques
- Cultivate and sustain positive customer relationships through omnichannel practices, leveraging digital tools and communication methods to deliver personalized recommendations and exclusive offers
- Contribute to overall store presentation by maintaining visual displays and product arrangement in accordance with brand standards and image
- Assist with store operational procedures including opening/closing routines, inventory management, GDPR compliance, and adherence to health and safety standards
- Utilize IT and digital platforms effectively, including Golden App, Salesforce, Xstore, and Stealth, to enhance business processes and customer engagement
Qualifications
- Fluency in Turkish and English
- Minimum 1–3 years of demonstrated experience in luxury retail
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and professional selling techniques
- Strong customer focus with excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to monitor and interpret relevant industry trends and local market dynamics (online and offline)
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving business and customer needs
- Strong team player mentality
