Golden Goose is seeking an Accounts Payable Intern to support supplier invoice processing, master data, reconciliations, and monthly and annual closing activities in Venice. The role is a six-month, full-time internship, with a €700 monthly expense reimbursement and free breakfast, snacks, fruit, and lunch.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the registration and processing of supplier invoices across Fleet, Utilities, Retail, Legal, and General & Administrative expenses.
- Assist with supplier master data, including creating and maintaining supplier records.
- Support the registration of non-core supplier invoices.
- Assist with monthly closing activities, including monitoring open supplier items and reconciling supplier advances.
- Support accounting checks and reconciliations required for monthly and annual financial closing.
- Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure accounts payable transactions are processed accurately and on time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or current enrollment in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Good analytical and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively.
- Proficiency in English.
