Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily resolution of CL (Centerline) outages and ensure rapid restoration of out-of-tolerance conditions
  • Provide coaching to operating teams on loss elimination strategies derived from top three losses identified in DOR (Daily Operations Review) meetings
  • Coach the organisation on Root Cause Problem Solving (RCPS) methodologies and ensure adherence to established triggers
  • Support Daily Pit Stops aligned with the daily operational plan and drive rigorous implementation of the Centerline process
  • Leverage technical experts to define continuously improving Centerline targets and ranges to stabilise Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) with focus on eliminating Long and Short Stops
  • Track and monitor changeover results, conducting improvement activities on problematic changeovers with high meantime or high variability
  • Participate in T1 DOR meetings and daily pit stops, providing coaching and support as directed by the Line Leader
  • Responsible for approving and ensuring updates to tasks, standards, SOPs, Work Instructions, and CIL tasks in Q-pulse system
  • Lead ongoing Focused Improvement (FI) projects targeting significant losses and develop robust problem statements with root cause analysis and preventative controls
  • Lead strategic roll-out of TRACC (production tracking system) within line areas and across the wider site

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in continuous improvement, manufacturing, or production operations
  • Technical understanding of bottling and production line operations and equipment
  • Demonstrated competency in completing Root Cause Problem Solving (RCPS) with ability to coach others with high quality
  • Experience executing Focused Improvement (FI) projects with robust problem statements, root cause analysis, and preventative controls
  • Experience in Set-Up-Time-Reduction (SUTR) methodologies
  • Strong understanding of PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) continuous improvement methodology
