Glenmorangie Experience Intern, Edinburgh: 12-month contract supporting distillery tours and guest experiences for luxury Scottish whisky brand.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Experiences team with supplier management, invoicing for all bookings, and recharging to markets after visits
- Ensure seamless guest experiences by handling all arrangements, including direct invoicing and supplier administration
- Manage the Visits inbox and Experiences Platform
- Support organisation and booking of visits, updating itineraries in real-time
- Assist with ad-hoc Visits team requirements including stock requisitions, deliveries, meeting set-ups, and purchasing
- Generate weekly and monthly stakeholder reports
- Manage tour and tasting requests and liaise with each Distillery Visitor Centre to coordinate arrangements
- Prepare detailed itineraries using established Glenmorangie Company templates for briefed visits
- Coordinate with Glenmorangie House and Ardbeg House regarding reservations and menus
- Arrange special requests as part of guest itineraries
- Maintain accuracy and completeness of all master visits folders
- Provide weekly reporting to the Distillery Visitor Centre and Brand Home teams
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Meticulous attention to detail with demonstrated commitment to sustainable excellence
- Proficiency in office administration and event coordination platforms
- Strong planning and organisational capabilities
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in administrative, hospitality, or visitor experience coordination, with demonstrated proficiency in managing multiple stakeholders and delivering organised, detail-oriented support in a fast-paced environment.
Education
A recognised secondary education qualification or equivalent professional experience demonstrating administrative competency.
