Executive Assistant position at Glenmorangie (LVMH) in Edinburgh, Scotland. Full-time, hybrid role supporting senior leadership.
Role & Responsibilities
- Proactively manage and coordinate complex and fast-moving Executive Team diaries
- Prioritise scheduling of internal and external meetings and manage senior stakeholder correspondence
- Coordinate detailed international travel arrangements for Executive Team members, including visa administration
- Maintain proactive expenses management and ensure timely submission and approvals in accordance with company policy
- Coordinate company-wide, Executive Team and department-specific meetings, including preparation, logistics, action tracking and follow-up
- Work closely with the Executive Assistant to the CEO to ensure aligned support and effective communication across the Executive Team
- Raise purchase orders, receipt goods and set up suppliers in SAP and Ariba systems as required
- Lead planning and logistics for internal company events and meetings convened by Executive Team members
- Prepare, manage and maintain confidential documents, reports and executive materials
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of executive support experience, preferably within a small to medium-sized fast-paced organisation
- Excellent Microsoft Office application skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent organisation and prioritisation capabilities
- Experience with international travel arrangements and visa applications
- Events planning experience is desirable
