Role & Responsibilities
- Master fundamental watchmaking and horological principles under the guidance of skilled craftspeople
- Develop proficiency in precision mechanical assembly and adjustment of watch components
- Participate in both theoretical instruction at the vocational school and practical training within the Glashütte Original manufacture
- Contribute to small-scale model work and precision assembly tasks across the manufacturing facility
- Engage in continuous learning of technical processes, assembly techniques, and quality standards specific to luxury timepiece production
Qualifications
- Passion for horology and mechanical timepieces
- Strong fine motor skills and manual dexterity with exceptional attention to detail
