Glashütte Original seeks a Marketing Manager in New York, NY to lead U.S. brand, retail and campaign marketing for the luxury watchmaker.

Role & Responsibilities
- Define and execute the U.S. marketing plan to elevate brand equity and drive retail and wholesale sales across the market.
- Conceptualize and deliver integrated brand campaigns (digital, social, PR, retail) aligned with global product calendars and creative direction from HQ.
- Manage product launches and seasonal collections, coordinating logistics, materials and retailer readiness for in-store activations.
- Lead agency and vendor relationships (creative, media, PR, events) and supervise campaign production to ensure brand consistency and budget control.
- Partner with regional retail and wholesale teams to create point-of-sale materials, sales training, and localised marketing programs.
- Oversee events, VIP client experiences and influencer collaborations to strengthen client engagement and brand visibility.
- Monitor campaign performance and KPIs; prepare regular reporting and insight-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Act as primary liaison between U.S. commercial teams and Glashütte HQ to align messaging, timelines and product storytelling.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably within luxury goods, watches, jewellery or premium lifestyle brands.
- Demonstrable experience managing integrated brand campaigns, product launches and retail activations.
- Strong project and budget management skills with experience supervising external agencies and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and an aptitude for translating technical product details into compelling consumer narratives.
- High level of attention to detail and an appreciation for craftsmanship and heritage-driven brand positioning.

At least five years of marketing experience with a proven track record in luxury or premium-brand environments; prior exposure to watches, jewellery or related sectors and experience working with retail and wholesale channels preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field.
