Role & Responsibilities

  • Prepare, execute, and finalize monthly payroll processing and payment runs with accuracy and timeliness
  • Administer personnel files and documentation across the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, status changes, and offboarding
  • Draft and manage employment contracts, amendments, references, and all relevant HR documentation
  • Contribute to month-end close processes, verify payment transactions, and reconcile accounts
  • Provide expert guidance to employees on payroll-related matters and address inquiries comprehensively
  • Operate and maintain time tracking and access control systems
  • Liaise with government agencies, health insurance providers, and social security authorities on compliance matters
  • Administer occupational pension scheme records and contributions
  • Generate comprehensive reports, analyses, statistics, and key HR metrics to support decision-making

Qualifications

  • Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification, preferably with specialized education in payroll, human resources, or related field
