Role & Responsibilities

• Monitor budgets for worldwide marketing activities.
• Create and control KPIs and reports for the Marketing department.
• Contribute to monthly and annual financial statements.
• Optimize internal processes for planning, executing and accounting for marketing projects.
• Control costs and review purchase orders.
• Prepare decision documents with clear recommendations for the Marketing department leadership.
• Coordinate and document cost-revenue analyses for potential new retail boutiques worldwide.
• Assess and validate investment decisions and prepare business case analyses for Retail.
• Produce monthly reports and analyses for retail boutiques worldwide.

Qualifications

• Successfully completed a degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on Controlling.
• Good knowledge of Controlling, accounting and business KPIs, with an interest in further developing this expertise in an international environment.
• Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel, and practical experience with ERP systems such as SAP.
• Analytical thinking, initiative, commitment, strong organizational skills and a hands-on approach.
• Strong communication and assertiveness, with the ability to act as a competent, trusted partner to senior leaders.
