The intern will support Givenchy’s Women’s Accessories Collection Merchandising team on the leather goods category, covering collection development, prototypes, showroom tools and performance analysis. This is a full-time, six-month internship requiring an internship agreement, starting in January 2027, in Paris 8th arrondissement.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct competitive monitoring of products, pricing, communications and distribution.
  • Contribute to collection plan development and the logistical preparation of development meetings.
  • Track sketches and product information with designers.
  • Assist with collection coding and the creation of showroom sales tools, including sales books and briefs.
  • Manage prototypes from receipt throughout the showroom, including inventory, photography and corrections.
  • Manage sketches and catalogue information during the development and showroom periods.
  • Produce product information documents for Training and e-commerce.
  • Analyse weekly performance, including detailed monitoring of retail sell-out sales and ad hoc analyses.
  • Contribute to post-showroom analyses, including sell-in, best sellers and KPIs, and to end-of-showroom reviews of collection results, both quantitative and qualitative.

Qualifications

  • Education in business school, a specialised fashion Master's programme or an equivalent qualification.
  • Product and fashion sensibility, particularly in women’s leather goods.
  • A first similar internship in luxury and fashion is appreciated.
  • Fluent English is essential.
  • Good command of numerical data in Excel, including PivotTables and VLOOKUP, and overall proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, team spirit, organisational skills, flexibility and dynamism.
