The intern will support Givenchy’s Women’s Accessories Collection Merchandising team, focusing on women’s footwear across collection planning, product tracking, prototype management, showroom tools and performance analysis. This is a full-time, six-month internship starting in January 2027; an internship agreement is required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct competitor monitoring across products, pricing, communications and distribution.
- Contribute to collection planning and the logistical preparation of development meetings.
- Track sketches and product information with designers.
- Help code the collection and create showroom sales tools, including sales books and briefs.
- Manage prototypes from receipt throughout the showroom period, including inventory, photography and corrections.
- Manage sketches and catalogue information during development and the showroom period.
- Produce product information documents for Training and e-commerce.
- Analyse weekly performance, including detailed retail sell-out sales tracking and ad hoc analyses.
- Contribute to post-showroom analyses and reports covering sell-in, best sellers and KPIs, as well as end-of-showroom reviews of quantitative and qualitative collection results.
Qualifications
- Education from a business school, a specialised fashion Master's programme or equivalent.
- Affinity for products, particularly footwear, and fashion.
- A first similar internship in luxury and fashion is appreciated.
- Fluent English is essential.
- Good command of numerical data in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP, and overall proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Strong interpersonal skills, team spirit, organisation, flexibility and dynamism.
