Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Wholesale Director to develop seasonal forecasts, strategic matrix files, and budget projections for specialty stores and major accounts
  • Lead management of master budget files for new seasons, including client OTB (Open-to-Buy) finalization through dedicated budget calls
  • Conduct comprehensive business reviews and strategic market analysis to inform planning and sales strategies
  • Strategically schedule and coordinate all market appointments, including assigning showroom sellers and executive leadership walk-throughs
  • Develop and present compelling business review decks for leadership, and oversee coordination of Paris showroom shoots and trunk show planning
  • Initiate and manage outreach for new specialty accounts and prospective partners
  • Lead key market appointments, driving sales and fostering strong client relationships
  • Oversee creation and distribution of master on-orders, linesheets, pricing, and information notes to partners via platforms such as NuOrder and Moda Team
  • Provide daily strategic feedback and key insights to leadership and headquarters teams
  • Manage and brief showroom sellers on client specifics to optimize appointment outcomes
  • Manage order logs, overseeing order flow and process to ensure timely follow-up and execution
  • Reconcile actual orders against budget and conduct detailed reviews of assortment, allocations, units, and sizing
  • Formulate strategic suggestions for assortment optimization, including key styles, volume drivers, and potential swaps
  • Lead negotiations for incremental OTB and swap opportunities, ensuring accuracy through bulk order entry and validation
  • Oversee finalization of master budget files and confirm SOR/Consignment with partners
  • Manage updates of distribution files and deliver final PDF order confirmations to relevant teams
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis from Skypad to update weekly, fiscal, and seasonal selling reports, including YTD selling and sell-through targets
  • Develop and present comprehensive leadership slides providing total overview of business, top doors, and key highlights
  • Generate and distribute detailed selling recaps and reports to US leadership by mid-week
  • Lead development of HQ seasonal sell-through reports with detailed category analysis and partner feedback
  • Manage communication on co-op performance marketing budgets by client and season
  • Oversee sample ordering, tracking, and closet management
  • Strategically assist in execution of marketing campaigns, partnering with headquarters on samples and approvals
  • Review and share high-resolution assets based on buys, monitoring live dates and launch performance
  • Consolidate and streamline selling files, sketch templates, and fiscal/seasonal selling files
  • Manage distribution of copy information and communicate launch calendars to partners
  • Oversee distribution of high-resolution imagery and monitor online launch of new styles
  • Coordinate product knowledge trainings in stores and plan store visits and travel schedules based on key markets
  • Engage with managers for in-store visual merchandising execution and partner with logistics on start ship dates and EDI management
  • Lead business reviews with partners to identify current performance and growth opportunities
  • Analyze performance data to drive sales through incentives, in-store events, and activations
  • Manage and update inventory trackers and actively action returns and swaps to optimize sell-through
  • Develop buyback proposals for headquarters and monitor action of confirmed OTB/swaps
  • Oversee all communication with buying teams and manage outreach for delayed payment issues
  • Maintain updated contact lists and manage reorder and special order requests
  • Communicate price increases and assess impact on future orders
  • Plan and execute client activation events in partnership with events, marketing, and visual merchandising teams
  • Develop and communicate markdown and full-price suggestions to headquarters based on current inventory and partner needs
  • Finalize and communicate markdown lists and break dates with partners
  • Lead actioning of SOR/Consignment/End of Season returns and manage a Wholesale Trainee who reports to the Wholesale Director

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in wholesale account management within luxury or high contemporary fashion
  • Proven ability to manage complex accounts, anticipate challenges, and implement solutions effectively
  • Impeccable customer service, problem-solving, and relationship management skills
  • Exceptional analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and sales reporting tools
  • Strong communication and presentation skills capable of influencing senior-level stakeholders
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, self-sufficient, and accountable for all aspects of account performance
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 50% for account visits, market appointments, and Paris selling campaigns
