Givenchy VIC Manager position in London. Lead a luxury boutique team, drive client relationships, and represent the Maison's excellence at Harrods.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a store team by example, setting standards through behavior and presence on the sales floor
- Coach, support, and develop team members through regular feedback and mentoring
- Build, develop, and retain a strong and loyal client base through expert clienteling practices and long-term relationship building
- Create memorable, warm, and elevated experiences for every client, personalizing interactions and adapting storytelling to client profiles
- Meet individual team target of £1.2 million+ per year for VIC clients
- Contribute to buying decisions related to VIC clients and anticipate client needs
- Act as ambassador for Givenchy, embodying the Maison's culture, history, and values at all times
- Support the integration of new team members and share best practices across the boutique and Givenchy network
- Host in-home consignment and styling sessions, attend private events with top clients, and accompany clients to Paris for annual runway presentations
- Translate store priorities and sales KPIs into clear daily focus for the team
- Ensure consistency of service quality at all client touchpoints and maintain impeccable product presentation
- Represent the Maison with authenticity and pride, upholding brand standards while expressing warmth and individuality
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of retail experience with a focus on sales and client development, preferably in a luxury setting
- Proven experience leading and developing teams in a retail environment
- Demonstrated strong selling and clienteling capabilities with ability to build trust-based, long-term client relationships
- Strong coaching and communication skills with emotional intelligence and self-awareness
- Ability to create engaged, inclusive team environments and inspire confidence among colleagues
- Understanding of sales KPIs and individual performance drivers
- Confident in delivering luxury service standards and brand representation
- Results-oriented with strong attention to detail, accountability, reliability, and professionalism
- Motivation to grow within the Maison and continuously deepen expertise in product knowledge and craftsmanship

Experience
Minimum 7 years in a retail setting with emphasis on sales and client development in a luxury environment. Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams, building and managing a personal client base, and delivering luxury service standards consistently.
