Givenchy seeks a VIC Manager in London (Harrods) to lead clienteling, develop teams and drive VIC sales and events.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop, retain and grow a loyal portfolio of Very Important Clients (VICs), delivering personalised service and long-term relationship management.
- Act as the boutique’s clienteling reference: plan follow-ups, bespoke outreach and conversion strategies to maximise profitable sales.
- Achieve individual VIC sales target (c. £1.2M+ annual contribution) and contribute to sustainable store performance.
- Lead, coach and mentor sales associates; translate store priorities into daily objectives and share best practices to raise service standards.
- Represent the Maison at client events, private appointments and in-home styling/consignment sessions; attend one annual runway presentation in Paris with top clients.
- Uphold brand presentation and boutique standards; ensure impeccable product merchandising and an elevated client experience at every touchpoint.
- Liaise with Stylists, central marketing and clientelling teams to align VIP activity and runway/styling initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ retail experience; preferably 7+ years with a strong focus on sales and client development in a luxury environment.
- Proven experience in leading and developing boutique teams with demonstrable coaching and people-development skills.
- Track record of managing high-value clients and delivering consistent sales results against KPIs.
- High emotional intelligence, impeccable professionalism and the ability to build trust-based, long-term client relationships.
- Foreign languages are a plus (Arabic, Russian or Mandarin).

Experience
Minimum 5 years of retail experience with responsibility for sales and client development; ideally 7+ years in luxury retail with proven results building a loyal personal client base and leading store teams.
Education
Higher education in business, retail management, hospitality/fashion or equivalent professional experience in luxury retail.
