Givenchy seeks a VIC Manager in London to lead clienteling, mentor the boutique team and drive £1.2M+ VIC sales at Harrods.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Own, grow and retain a high-value personal client portfolio, delivering a personalised clienteling programme and predictable revenue generation (individual VIC target £1.2M+ p.a.).
  • Lead by example on the sales floor: coach, mentor and develop boutique sales colleagues through regular feedback and role-model behaviour.
  • Deliver consistently elevated, emotionally resonant client experiences across all touchpoints, including private in-home styling sessions and boutique or off-site appointments.
  • Act as the boutique ambassador: uphold Givenchy standards in presentation, storytelling and brand representation at private client events and external engagements.
  • Translate store priorities and KPIs into clear daily objectives for the team and balance short-term commercial performance with long-term client equity.
  • Collaborate with central marketing, stylists and clientelling teams; serve as the primary boutique contact for stylists and cross-channel initiatives.
  • Protect and enhance the Maison’s reputation through discretion, attention to detail and impeccable service; accompany selected clients to Paris runway presentations annually.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years' retail experience with demonstrable success in luxury sales; 7+ years preferred, including client development and high-value transactions.
  • Proven ability to build and sustain long-term, trust-based relationships with an international clientele.
  • Demonstrated leadership and coaching capability with experience developing team performance against targets.
  • Strong commercial acumen and familiarity with sales KPIs, client lifecycle management and stock/buy considerations for VIP clients.
  • High emotional intelligence, professionalism, discretion and service orientation.
  • Foreign language skills desirable — Arabic, Russian or Mandarin considered an advantage.

Experience
