Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead, inspire and mentor the boutique sales team, fostering a high‑performance culture and exemplary standards of presentation and conduct.
  • Design and deliver ongoing training to build product knowledge, clienteling skills and commercial capabilities across the team.
  • Set and implement sales strategies, monitor KPIs and coach the team to meet and exceed commercial targets.
  • Oversee client experience delivery: participate in high‑value client interactions, cultivate long‑term relationships and ensure personalised service.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, client feedback and staffing needs to store leadership and regional management.
  • Ensure operational excellence on the sales floor, including product presentation, housekeeping, adherence to brand protocols and optimal stock availability.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with stock management, visual merchandising, marketing and operations to maximise boutique performance.

Qualifications

  • Proven team management experience within luxury retail or a high‑end service environment.
  • Strong leadership and coaching capabilities with a record of developing high‑performing teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to influence both clients and internal stakeholders.
  • In‑depth knowledge of luxury product standards and customer service expectations.
  • Resilient, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
  • Very good proficiency in the local language and a second language.
