Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead by example on the floor, setting the tone through presence and professional behaviour
  • Coach and develop team members through regular, honest feedback and mentoring
  • Translate store priorities into clear daily focus and actionable targets for the team
  • Take responsibility for team performance, behaviours, and adherence to brand standards
  • Address performance issues early, constructively, and fairly
  • Drive sustainable commercial performance and monitor sales KPIs
