Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example on the floor, setting the tone through presence and professional behaviour
- Coach and develop team members through regular, honest feedback and mentoring
- Translate store priorities into clear daily focus and actionable targets for the team
- Take responsibility for team performance, behaviours, and adherence to brand standards
- Address performance issues early, constructively, and fairly
- Drive sustainable commercial performance and monitor sales KPIs
