Givenchy seeks a Team Manager in London (Harrods) to lead the boutique team, develop talent and deliver an elevated client experience.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead by example on the selling floor, modelling professionalism, service standards and brand behaviours.
  • Coach, develop and inspire the store team through regular feedback, training and one-to-one development conversations.
  • Translate store priorities and sales targets into clear daily focus and actionable tasks for the team.
  • Own team engagement, performance and accountability; address performance or behavioural issues early and constructively.
  • Drive sustainable commercial performance through strong selling, clienteling and proactive opportunity management.
  • Protect and elevate the Maison’s brand standards across all client touchpoints, ensuring consistency of service.
  • Champion storytelling and emotional service to strengthen long-term, trust-based client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Minimum five years’ experience in retail, with demonstrable experience leading and developing teams in a luxury or premium environment.
  • Proven capability in luxury clienteling and building long-term client relationships.
  • Strong coaching, communication and people-development skills.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs and translating targets into daily team actions.
  • High level of professionalism, emotional intelligence and reliability; ability to lead with calm authority.
