Givenchy is hiring a Team Manager in London (Harrods) to lead the boutique team, drive sales performance and deliver exceptional client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example on the sales floor to set the tone for behaviour, presence and service standards.
- Recruit, coach and develop team members through regular feedback, driving engagement, accountability and pride.
- Translate store priorities and commercial targets into clear daily actions for the team and ensure consistent execution.
- Own team performance, behaviours and standards; provide honest, constructive feedback and address issues promptly.
- Champion clienteling and storytelling to build long-term, trust-based client relationships and ensure service consistency at all touchpoints.
- Protect and model the Maison’s values and brand standards while balancing executional excellence with values-led leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years' experience in retail, with demonstrable leadership of store teams (luxury retail experience strongly preferred).
- Proven ability to coach, develop and motivate sales teams to achieve consistent commercial results.
- Strong understanding of sales KPIs and experience translating targets into daily team actions.
- Exceptional clienteling and relationship-building skills with a track record of delivering luxury service standards.
- High emotional intelligence, professionalism, reliability and strong communication skills.

Experience
Minimum of five years in retail with prior responsibility for leading and developing sales teams; prior experience within a luxury fashion or premium retail environment preferred, with a proven track record of driving sales and delivering elevated client experiences.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management, hospitality or a related discipline preferred.
