Givenchy seeks a Team Manager in London (Harrods) to lead boutique teams, deliver elevated client experience and drive store performance.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead by example on the sales floor to shape daily behaviour, presence and service standards.
  • Coach, develop and motivate the sales team through regular, constructive feedback and individual development plans.
  • Translate store and Maison priorities into clear daily objectives and actionable tasks for the team.
  • Own team performance, attendance to standards and professional conduct; address people issues fairly and promptly.
  • Drive sustainable commercial results by balancing sales execution with long-term client relationship building (clienteling).
  • Safeguard and promote brand values, storytelling and luxury service across all client touchpoints.
  • Ensure consistency of service quality and champion return-client development through trust-based relationships.

Qualifications

  • Minimum five years’ experience in retail, including demonstrated leadership of frontline teams.
  • Proven ability to coach and develop others; strong communication and feedback skills.
  • Track record of delivering sales targets and driving KPI-led performance.
  • Deep familiarity with luxury clienteling and concierge-level service.
  • Professional demeanour, reliability and high standards of presentation and conduct.

Experience
