Givenchy seeks a Team Manager in London (Harrods) to lead the boutique team and deliver exceptional luxury client experiences.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead by example on the sales floor, setting service standards through presence, behaviour and professionalism.
  • Coach, mentor and develop store team members through regular feedback, performance conversations and tailored development plans.
  • Translate store priorities and KPIs into clear daily objectives and ensure consistent execution by the team.
  • Own team engagement, accountability and performance; address behavioural or performance issues early, fairly and constructively.
  • Champion clienteling and relationship-building to deliver an elevated, consistent client experience across all touchpoints.
  • Drive sustainable commercial performance while protecting and promoting Givenchy brand standards.
  • Foster an inclusive, trust-based environment that encourages ownership, pride and collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in retail, with demonstrable leadership and team-management responsibilities.
  • Proven track record of developing high-performing teams and coaching individuals to reach sales and service objectives.
  • Deep understanding of luxury clienteling, sales KPIs and individual performance drivers.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with high emotional intelligence and professionalism.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a results-oriented approach with attention to detail and accountability.

Experience

At least five years' retail experience, including leadership of boutique or department teams within luxury or premium brands, with proven ability to meet sales targets and develop long-term client relationships.

Education

No specific university degree required; vocational qualifications or retail/management training preferred. Prior boutique or luxury sales certifications advantageous.
