Givenchy seeks a Talent Development Director in Paris to lead talent acquisition, employer branding, career development, and learning strategy during transformation.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead talent acquisition for key positions across the organisation with focus on strategic sourcing and high-quality candidate pipelines
  • Define and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business priorities and the House's transformation agenda
  • Define and lead the employer branding strategy, particularly reshaping the LinkedIn presence and Employer Value Proposition
  • Design and drive career management processes including career planning, succession planning, and individual development plans
  • Foster internal mobility within the House and across the LVMH Group, promoting cross-functional career paths
  • Lead the planning, synthesis, and animation of Talent Review processes and support leaders in identifying and retaining key talent
  • Define and deploy the learning strategy for the entire company, aligned with business priorities and capability development needs
  • Oversee key internal events and activities such as Family Day, Ste Catherine, Summer Cocktails, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Lead and coordinate well-being and support initiatives to create a cohesive environment during the transition period
  • Monitor learning effectiveness and ensure sound budget management and resource allocation

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of significant experience in talent development with strong expertise in career management, succession planning, and talent review
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, especially sourcing candidates for key and strategic positions
  • Strong track record in designing and implementing employer branding and EVP initiatives
  • Experience operating in an international environment with ability to work across France and international subsidiaries
  • Strong project management capabilities with ability to structure, prioritise, and deliver multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in a changing environment and support teams through transformation
  • Fluency in both French and English
