Givenchy seeks Supply Chain Planner (EMEA, SEA) in Paris—6-month contract role managing distribution and inventory optimization across luxury markets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop sales forecasts by analyzing historical sales data and trends across product categories and collections for carry-over and permanent items
- Collaborate with merchandisers during buying sessions to support product strategy, sizing decisions, and set-up/bulk split allocation
- Manage inventory optimization tools to establish and maintain target stock levels for retail locations across the EMEA and SEA territories
- Monitor and improve supply chain KPIs including product availability, stock coverage, and supply optimization
- Execute on-boarding processes for new store openings, including SAP configuration, stock target establishment, and store team training
- Lead launch coordination with retail and customer service teams, developing timelines and ensuring successful execution of product drop distributions
- Manage reverse logistics operations, including inter-store returns, coordination with merchandising teams, and logistics provider communication
- Define and implement distribution and rebalancing rules in collaboration with merchandising partners
- Utilize SAP for stock monitoring and store replenishment; manage Anaplan for outlet distribution planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an engineering school, business school, or equivalent university program, ideally with Supply Chain specialization
- Minimum 1 year of professional supply chain experience
- Demonstrated analytical mindset, organizational rigor, and autonomous decision-making capability
- Fluency in French and English
- Proficiency with Excel and VBA
- Strong interest in luxury sector dynamics and consumer behavior

Minimum 1 year of professional supply chain planning or distribution management experience, preferably within luxury retail, fashion, or consumer goods environments.
Education
Bachelor's degree from an engineering school, business school, or equivalent university program, ideally with a specialization in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations Management.
