Givenchy seeks a Supply Chain & Distribution Planning Intern in Paris to support business planning and distribution operations. 4–6 month internship starting January 2027.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute weekly distribution of permanent and seasonal products, optimizing retail availability and supporting international business operations
  • Monitor key performance indicators (coverage rate, availability rate) and implement corrective action plans
  • Maintain and communicate weekly planning tracking tools and dashboards
  • Assist in demand planning creation and production team communication
  • Consolidate inventory requirements and coordinate the monthly reorder process with production
  • Track stockout incidents on permanent products and collaborate with distribution and production teams
  • Prepare weekly Key Bets meetings with Merchandising, Production, Supply, and Business Planning teams
  • Design and develop a cross-channel distribution dashboard tracking availability, coverage, and stockout metrics

Qualifications

  • Engineering school, business school, or equivalent university degree in progress
  • Specialization in Supply Chain or Information Systems
  • Significant prior internship or apprenticeship experience in supply chain or related field
  • Advanced proficiency with quantitative data and analytical thinking
  • Excellent organizational and autonomous work habits with strong initiative
  • Fluent French and English
  • Advanced Excel skills; SAP and Power Query or similar BI tool experience preferred
  • Italian language skills preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
