Givenchy Paris Supply & Distribution Planning Intern, 4–6 months from September 2026. Support demand planning and product distribution for LVMH luxury fashion house.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage weekly distribution of permanent and seasonal products to optimize store availability and support international business operations
- Monitor key performance indicators (stock coverage rates, product availability) and develop improvement action plans
- Update and communicate weekly planning tracking tools to cross-functional teams
- Assist in creating and communicating demand planning to production teams
- Share stock requirements with production via the monthly reorder process
- Track stockouts on permanent products in coordination with distribution teams and challenge production teams on supply gaps
- Prepare weekly Key Bets meetings with Merchandising, Production, Supply, and Business Planning teams
- Design a distribution tracking dashboard across multiple channels (availability rates, coverage, stockouts)
Qualifications
- Enrolled in engineering school, business school, or equivalent university program
- Specialization in Supply Chain or Information Systems
- Previous significant internship or work-study experience in supply chain preferred
- Strong proficiency with quantitative data analysis
- Rigorous organizational skills and self-direction
- Excellent Excel capability; SAP and Power Query experience preferred
- Fluent in both English and French
- Italian language proficiency a plus
