Givenchy (LVMH) internship: Supply & Distribution Planning Intern in Paris 8e, September 2026, 4-6 months.
Role & Responsibilities
- Optimize weekly distribution of permanent and seasonal products to maximize store availability and support international business
- Monitor performance indicators (coverage rate, availability rate) and develop improvement action plans
- Update and communicate weekly planning tracking tools to relevant stakeholders
- Assist in demand planning creation and communication to production teams
- Share inventory requirements with production via the monthly reorder process
- Track stock gaps on permanent products and challenge production teams on resolution
- Prepare weekly Key Bets meetings with Merchandising, Production, Supply, and Business Planning teams
- Design and implement a distribution tracking dashboard with metrics for availability, coverage, and stock-outs across sales channels
Qualifications
- Enrolled in engineering school, business school, or equivalent university program
- Specialization in Supply Chain or Information Systems
- Demonstrated experience in supply chain through previous internship or apprenticeship
- Strong proficiency with quantitative data analysis and Excel
- Experience with SAP and business intelligence tools such as Power Query preferred
- Fluent in English and French (Italian a plus)

Ideally prior meaningful internship or apprenticeship experience in supply chain or information systems; entry-level candidates with strong analytical skills and quantitative aptitude are encouraged to apply.
